Just in case you haven’t been following my list of articles on my fitness situation, then let me recap for you briefly. What happened is, I found that I could barely breath after taking just 10 minutes to play with my daughter outside. It’s true, I was bad enough out of shape that I couldn’t play with my daughter.

It just breaks your heart when your daughter looks at you with disappointment because you aren’t able to play with her because you’re too overweight. I saw this look of sadness from my little baby girl and it just broke me down. I didn’t think I’d ever feel this way. And my little baby being disappointed in me is no one’s fault but my own because I haven’t taken care of myself.
I just couldn’t stop thinking how I could let it go this far. I never thought I’d get this fat and overweight because I used to be athletic. I never thought their would be a time when my little girl would be sad and dissappointed in me because I couldn’t get off the couch and play with her because I was overwieght and out of shape.
It just destroyed me to see the look of sheer disappointment in her eyes. I needed a change and I needed help. And it happened as I was watching the television on the couch like normal. The P90X workout program by Tony Horton commercial came on. I could see the truth and effectiveness as I watched people’s testimonials of their experience with P90X and how it changed them. I could really see myself in a lot of these people. They had all gained too much weight and weren’t in shape.

And I got my P90X workout program a few days later from UPS. I was so happy and excited. My daughter would be so happy and I could finally get back my respect. I knew how hard it would be, but I was determined.
Man that first workout was tough that night. I didn’t stop even when I felt like I was dying. I worked out for about an hour. Then I went to the shower and I felt like I was going to throw up, but I didn’t. I found my bed and woke up the next day barely being able to walk, but I still didn’t give up.
After a week of that because of how out of shape I was, I began to see a huge difference in my body and felt great. I didn’t feel as sore and could see my body change. I was amazed, I really could tell this was working. At this point I realized that I knew this would do it for me so I could get back into shape.
And after a month of doing this full board, I was getting addicted to the feeling of this new change in my body. I could see my life change, which felt great. I was reaching my goal of making my little girl proud as her Daddy easily plays with her because I was losing weight and had much more energy.
I’ll skip to the final month to cut this story short. I am now at my three month time, 90 days to be exact. Let me tell you how great I feel because I’ve reached my goal of losing all the weight, I’ve gained muscle, and even have the beginnings of a six pack. I feel like a new man and my baby girl gets to see her Daddy back in action. I am no longer sitting on that stupid couch just watching my life pass me by, I am up playing with my daughter and enjoying the life that we were intended to have. I don’t know where I would be if I didn’t find P90X, probally sitting on that couch waisting away, getting worse ever day.
I’m going to take care of myself from now on so that I’m around to see my daughter grow up and hopefully grow old. My daughter just told me that I reminder her of a superhero from a cartoon she was watching. I teared up as I thought of how my little girl is finally proud of me again thanks to the P90X workout program. Because of this great product that has changed my life, you guys are the true heroes.
