The Dr. atkins diet plans has been one of debate for years now. Many of us aren’t aware the Dr. Atkins diet was initially released in the 1970′s. I’m conscious of this because my mummy put me on the diet when I was a kid. She had me on a diet because my weight yo-yoed up and down through my early years. One of the explanations for my weight fluctuations might be due to the numerous diets I had been exposed to over a period. My first diet was the Doctor Atkins diet. This plan was introduced to me when I was 10 years old. The plan had been out on the market for a couple of years before I had a go at it.
