A few suggestions:
To get the most out of your Yoga workout, try not to workout on a full stomach. But if you need a snack before your workout, try eating a piece of your favorite fruit to tie you over. Also, whenever possible find a quiet place to practice your Yoga so that you can fully experience what Yoga has to offer. And remember, if you are tight on time, consistency is more important than how long the workout is so even if you only have 5 minutes to do a few stretches or breathing exercises, great! Just stay consistent. And lastly, try to have a few workout videos at home that vary in length and intensity to accommodate your varying needs so you are sure to always get a workout in.
