Both the water Mattress and the body contouring beds were given by Akva and Tempur respectively. Both Akva and Tempur sponsored the study.

The end result of the study were proving nothing. This is because most of the people grappling with the problem who were assigned water beds never started the study because they were unmoving about not sleeping on a water bed. Most of the people grappling with the problem who were assigned the futon hard beds also stop the study before true to life facts could be gathered.

The facts that was compiled from the few left point out a liking for water beds and the body contouring beds . Some people grappling with the problem also reported a cut in back pain after sleeping on a hard Mattress . Hence, the question about whether a hard Mattress or a soft Mattress is good for stilling back pain is indeed relative. It all depends on which works best for you or NOT!
